Overview

Hydrostatic Test Units
The Fastorq inventory of test pumps includes units to service all testing requirements, both on land and offshore. Each of the following durable units is designed for smooth, safe and dependable operations.

• Haskel Air Operated Pumps up to 15,000 PSI.
• Diesel Powered Skid Mounted Pumps up to 20,000 PSI.

Flange Weld Testing
Fastorq has the ability to cut out old welds as well as the ability to hydrostatically test new flange welds, without filling an entire system with water. Most tests of flange welds are accomplished with no more than two gallons of water. By using flange test plugs, Fastorq crews isolate the weld and test locally, on both straight and 90 degree piping. The plug is highly versatile in that it can actually be installed before cutting and is used as a plumber's plug. After the weld has been made, the plug is already in place to perform the hydrostatic test. Fastorq now has the new Hypur-Mate seal design which allows the plug to easily pass by the weld area as it is removed from the flange. This unique feature saves both time and money. The versatility of the Hypur-Mate design allows for the plug to be configured for testing pipe welds, weld neck flanges, and slip on, butt-weld flanges.
