Cold Pipe Cutting & Beveling
Overview
With increasing concern for safely cutting casing, without the use of torches, Fastorq offers four types of saws to meet the various needs for cutting casing, pipe and other tubulars.
Our Guillotine saws are intended to quickly and safely cold cut multiple strings of casing for removal, reclamation and/or disposal.
The Wachs Trav-L-Cutter is used to cut and bevel pipe that needs a dressed edge. It can also be used for excessively large diameter cuts, too large for any other saws.
The D.L. Ricci Clam Shell split frame saw is low profile. It cuts and bevels casing for installation. It is lightweight and helicopter portable.
Our new Super Band Saw slices through pipe up to 48" in diameter.
With this variety of approaches Fastorq can safely and flamelessly address virtually any casing or pipe cutting requirement present in the industry.

The Wachs Trav-L-Cutter is a portable milling machine. It makes cold cuts and/or bevels at the same time on all pipe sizes from 6" and up, on all pipe schedules, and on any material that can be machined. Secured by its own tensioning chain, it crawls around the pipe, cutting and/or beveling at the same time.
