Overview
Fastorq, always prepared to provide innovation that safely meets operator concerns with equipment that compliments our service, presents Fastorq's Lifting Systems. Because operators are drilling deeper and facing higher pressures, heavier B.O.P.'s are needed. Working with an operator in the industry who made this issue relevant, Fastorq came forward with a safe, quick, and effective way to meet the need.
Fastorq's Lifting Systems are specifically intended for use in the oil and gas drilling industry, however, they can be quickly adapted for other special situations such as rig-less operations like P & A's and salvage and recovery projects. Designed to be configured to meet the job specific parameters faced by a given situation, our Quad Lift can be safely used inside or outside the rotary with minimal alteration.
The Quad system is unique in that each individual winch utilizes a "double" line feature that provides a redundant safety factor which exceeds industry standards.
Our SAFE-LIFT System gives needed lifting capacity and a work table where present crane facilities are insufficient for pipe pulling. The Safe-Lift system has proven to be a cost-effective approach for removing casing where the available crane is poorly stationed or unprepared for heavy loads.

Capabilities
- Each "Dual System unit" is comprised of two (2) 100,000 pound certified winches.
- Each "Dual System unit" is certified to lift a maximum of 172,000 pounds (working rate).
- When using two (2) "Dual" system units as a "Quad" System for lifting simultaneously in tandem, the combined working rate equals 344,000 pounds with 172,000 pounds distributed per "Dual" system.
- Satisfying all industry safety factors, the "Dual System" provides an actual redundant working rate for lifts up to 172,000 pounds.
- The working rate does not consider the safety factors, as advertised, for the components and accessories (shackles, sheaves, cables) that are used throughout the system.
- The maximum lifting weights of each system is limited to the working rates of the cable component.
- The engineered foot print and configuration of this system was designed to accommodate most rotary tables. In some circumstances, it may require minimal alterations of the pollution pan.
