Fastorq's OnSite Field Machining services offer operators extraordinary versatility and reliability while providing cost-effective solutions. Our OnSite services include, Flange Refacing, Portable Milling, Line Boring, and Beveling.
Flange Machining
O.D. mounts up to 100 inches - I.D. mount up to 180 inches. Any flange requiring refacing or having a ring groove re-cut, including offshore vessels like separators, Heater Treaters, any Tree flange, BOP's, Crane Pedestals, Elliptical Configurations,etc.
Milling
Turbine Case Split-lines - Base Plates for Motors or Pumps- Bearing Fits - Press-in Sleeve Fits - Valve Seats - Other.
Pipe Beveling
Heavy wall boiler pipes up to 3.5" Wall Size - Weld prep bevels 37.5 to 45 degree- J Bevels; U Bevels. Pipe sizes up to 40" (larger sizes available upon request)
Other Services
Drilling and tapping - Boring or Re-chasing threads, shaft machining
